REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Made-to-Order Products  
All our products are custom-made and prepared on order. Each piece is crafted individually after an order is placed.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges  
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

- We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges  
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed  

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  
We only offer support in cases where the product received is:

- Damaged  
- Defective  
- Incorrect (wrong item received)  

If you receive such an item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:  
chhavipragyamadan@yahoo.in  

Your request must include:
- Order number  
- Clear photos/videos of the issue  

After review, we will determine an appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items  
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products  
- Sale items  
- Gift cards  

European Union Customers  
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as per applicable consumer laws.

However, this right may not apply to custom-made or personalised products, as permitted under EU regulations.

Refunds (If Applicable)  
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- An order is cancelled by us  
- A product is confirmed to be defective and cannot be replaced  

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
