Made-to-Order Process  
All our products are custom-made and prepared on order. This means that once you place an order, your product goes into production and is carefully created before being shipped.

Processing & Production Time  
Since each item is made to order, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production and preparation before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery  
Once your order is ready and dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Please note:  
- The 3–4 week timeframe refers primarily to the making/production time, not just shipping  
- Delivery may be completed earlier or may take slightly longer in some cases  

Order Tracking  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to track your shipment.

Delays  
As each product is handcrafted and made on demand, slight delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Charges  
Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Address Accuracy  
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
